Tyler first joined Conroy Law Office as a law clerk and has since taken on the role of Attorney Owner. He is honored to carry forward the strong foundation established by his father-in-law, Stephen Conroy, and to continue serving clients with clarity, compassion, and practical legal solutions.
Tyler brings a diverse background to his legal career. Before practicing law, he taught high school ethics and religion, worked in ministerial and chaplain roles, and even spent time abroad as a full-time volunteer in Honduras. These experiences shaped his ability to listen deeply, understand complex personal situations, and help clients navigate stressful decisions with confidence.
At Conroy Law Office, Tyler focuses on helping individuals, families, and small-business owners find clear answers, reduce uncertainty, and move forward with a plan they can trust.
Outside of work, Tyler enjoys time with his wife and three children, traveling, listening to music, and catching Minnesota sports whenever he can.

Conroy Law Office was founded more than 30 years ago by Stephen Conroy. Throughout his decades of practice, Stephen became known for his steady guidance, clear communication, and genuine care for the individuals and families he served. His commitment to treating every client with respect and clarity remains a core part of the firm’s identity today.
Stephen is now retired from the practice of law, but the values he established continue to guide the work of Conroy Law Office under the leadership of his son-in-law Attorney Tyler Wessman-Conroy.
